Orchestra Wine, beyond the boundaries of the winery.

Orchestra Wine was born as an idea in motion—free from the physical boundaries of a winery yet deeply rooted in the culture of wine.
We work with people and places that inspire us, selecting grapes that tell the story of a territory, and vinifying them with an approach that blends technique, sensitivity, and attentive listening.
We are not yet a winery, nor a farm. This gives us the freedom to collaborate with well-established producers in areas of great value, choosing partners who share our vision.
We work side by side with them, asking them to vinify according to our guidelines and, when harvest time comes, we’re not afraid to get our hands dirty.

We work like an orchestra: every action, every choice, every person contributes to the final harmony. Our strength lies in the synergy between producers, regions, and shared intentions. We rely on trusted partners, harvest the grapes ourselves, and oversee every step of the winemaking process according to our philosophy. The result is a wine that plays the notes of its vintage, its soil, and the hands that guided it. A wine that aims to move you, even before it tries to convince you.

Three paths, one language—our own.

Orchestra Wine was born from the meeting of three friends, each deeply and inseparably connected to the world of wine.

Marco Chiussi—technician, AIS sommelier, and ONAV master taster—approaches wine with the sensitivity of a musician, seeking a story to interpret in every glass.

Marco Sicomori—sommelier and tireless explorer of wine labels—has a passion for authentic, immediate wines, which he calls “Thirst Wines”, always in search of liquid truths that are never ordinary.

Stefano Iotti—sommelier and financial consultant with the heart of a wine lover—experiences wine as an emotional investment, shaped by time, vision, and continuous discovery.

VIVACE 124 — Sorbara, our opening note.

Every label is born from an interpretation.
Just like in music, we follow a score composed of terroir, seasons, and intuition.
VIVACE 124 is our debut: a bottle-fermented Sorbara—fresh, direct, full of tension and light.

We hand-harvested and carefully chose every step: fermentation starter, spontaneous fermentation, aging in fiberglass tanks and barriques, and bottle refermentation.
A shared effort, carried out with those who welcomed us and embraced our enthusiasm.

Each year, we open ourselves to listening—listening to the land, the people, the seasons.
We seek out producers who share our sensitivity, terroirs that tell a new story, grapes that inspire us.
